from 173 reviewsAs I just bought these 5 days ago and then it happened. I was hit right in the left eye. Well the ball never made it to the eye. I play at least 20 hours a week both indoors and outdoors. I hated the other protective glasses always getting fogged up, sweat dripping on the glass. NOT any more. I will NEVER play again without these on. Best ever.
I’ve tried a lot of pickleball glasses, but Kitchen Blockers absolutely blew me away. From the moment I put them on, I could tell they were serious performance enhancer.
They're lightweight, breathable, and incredibly durable. I’ve taken a few hits to the face and these didn’t budge, crack, or show any sign of wear.
The lens-free design is genius. No fogging, no glare, and I can see clearly in every direction. The patented speed bump frame gives me full peripheral vision—critical when I’m watching for kitchen violations or setting up a return.
Whether you're just getting into pickleball or a seasoned player, Kitchen Blockers are a must-have. It’s rare to find a product that’s this well thought out, durable, and performance-focused. Highly recommend!
At last, indoor eye protection and fog free glasses in addition glare free outdoor night play. Congratulations Kitchen Blockers on delivering a perfect product, and extra thanks for easy customer service.
The kitchen blockers are comfortable, lightweight, and durable. Love the no-lens sleek design, don't have to deal with fog and glare. Highly recommended for eye protection!
I have just used my new kitchen blockers for several hours outside in the heat and humidity and indoors with poor lighting. I had no fog or glare, and my sight was not hindered at all. I had several people ask to try them. I got hit in the eye a few weeks ago when I was not wearing my glasses due to them fogging, and it was a hassle to wear when I was sweating so badly in the NC heat. Luckily, I only had a scratched cornea, but another one of our friends earlier this year had a retina issue. So, everyone has been interested in eye protection. I also found it beneficial when I had to take them off and use a towel several times, and didn't have to worry about smudging the lenses. I find that I prefer these with my hat pulled lower vs. using my Oakley sport sunglasses when playing into the sun. The only time I feel I need the sunglasses is when I play people who lob but since lobs are only about 20% effective, I take the chance.
These are the best glasses I’ve personally found on the market. Compared to some of the other glasses out that that break frequently when you have them in your bag. These are quality!!
I have tried all glasses but they fog and theres glare until i found my forever glasses that saved my eyes! So comfy with nose adjustment (for asians like me). Planning to buy many more and my PB groups are wanting to get em too because they see me always wearing it. Oh and did I tell you it saved my eyes already? Someone hit (not serve) a ball to me because its my serve while i wasn't looking and when i turned around it hit directly on my eye. Thank goodness I always wear my Kitchen Blockers!
I’ve tried several different eye guards from big sports brands, but nothing felt right—most were either uncomfortable, foggy, or just not protective enough, especially when I play at night under the lights.
Kitchen Blocker glasses are by far the best I’ve found! They’re lightweight, don’t fog up, and don’t reflect lights, so I can wear them for hours without even noticing. The design is strong and professional, and I always feel confident that my eyes are protected—even when the game gets intense and I’m standing at the kitchen line facing fast smashes and drives.
After wearing them for two months, I can honestly say these glasses are a must-have for anyone who plays pickleball seriously. I’ve recommended them to my friends and group members, and everyone loves how comfortable and stylish they are. If you’re looking for reliable eye protection on the court, Kitchen Blocker is the way to go!
All it took was a speed up off the net, off my paddle and a direct hit to my right eye which did NOT get injured because I was wearing my Kitchen Blockers. Players really should consider wearing eye protection with improved paddle technology and balls coming much faster than ever and if you are a sweater like me, Kitchen Blockers are the way to go!
I purchased a pair of Kitchen Blockers back in mid-April. I had been hit in the eye and needed something better than the eye guards I used to wear when I played highly competitive racquetball.
I want you to know that I am deliriously happy with them, and other players constantly ask me about them or want to try them out. To that point, I cannot speak highly enough of them and recommend their use on a regular basis, even going so far as to let them try mine out.
These glasses are my new favorite pickleball must have! They’re comfortable and I feel protected while wearing them.
It’s amazing to not constantly clean my lenses in the middle of a game or worry about them fogging up while playing.
After taking a few hits to the face, I realized it was a no-brainer...I needed eye protection. That’s when I discovered Kitchen Blockers, and I haven’t looked back since.
Since wearing them, I’m no longer nervous when a drive comes my way or when I’m in the middle of a firefight. They’ve given me real peace of mind on the court. I especially love that they’re lensless...I don’t wear sunglasses, so these are absolutely perfect for me.
Bonus: I’ve been getting compliments on how fierce I look in them! Not only are they functional, but they’ve seriously boosted my confidence and overall game. I’m all in when it comes to leveling up my pickleball experience!
Living in FL and playing outside these are the best option thus far. I was looking for something that didn’t fog up and hinder my vision when sweat drips on the lenses. I was skeptical at first due to not having lenses. But I did the ball test per the instructions. The ball was not even close to coming into contact with my eyes.
I love that these can’t fog up! They are so comfortable and it’s just fantastic that I’m not going to accidentally touch a lens and put fingerprints on them and make a big smudge because who has time to clean the glasses in the middle of a game!
I absolutely love kitchen blockers and the sense of peace I get while on the court. I love that they are lens free also! I’m a 37 year old female but my 10 year old son also uses them. He was wearing them while watching his dad play and actually got hit in the face but was fully protected. I also feel more confident playing against stronger guys on the court. One of the best products for all pickleball players.

DO I REALLY NEED EYE PROTECTION?
