from 179 reviewsBrought a set of kitchen blockers as I wore safety glasses for a short period but stopped using them one because they steamed up and two because after a few times using them they had got scratched.
I seen kitchen blockers and just thought that is such a simple way of protecting your eye with non of the problems I had.
When wearing them you can see the frame of the glasses but you soon get used to that, they are super comfortable and even when not using the strap they have no problems staying in the right place.
I would recommend kitchen blockers to anyone!!
After trying numerous protective lenses, Kitchen Blockers are finally the one! I tried basic cheap brands all the way up to $150 dollar luxury brands, and they all slightly effected my depth perception. Kitchen Blockers are light, and don't fog up since they don't have any lenses. I put them on before I play and forget about them until I am done. I highly recommend them!
I tried the Kitchen Blockers an I love Them!! No more fogged up glasses! Game changer!!
Love my Kitchen Blockers! They allow me to focus on the game and not the sweat beads & fog that ALL OTHER eyewear have. I forget that I am wearing them, and play freely knowing my eyes are safe from stray shots! FIVE STARS!
I have been trying different glasses and they just steam up. The blockers are perfect for me. Recommend.
I was previously using eye protection from a well-known brand that rhymes with red, but I found they sat too tightly on the face, restricting airflow, so they would regularly fog up. When using anti-fog spray, they would then start to drip with perspiration, causing distortion. Then I saw these and gave them a try - WHAT a difference! Great, simple idea, yet perfectly executed. Now I have no problem wearing these - perfect vision, no fog ups, and playing confidently, knowing my eyes are protected. Arrived in less than a week in Scotland as well!
As I just bought these 5 days ago and then it happened. I was hit right in the left eye. Well the ball never made it to the eye. I play at least 20 hours a week both indoors and outdoors. I hated the other protective glasses always getting fogged up, sweat dripping on the glass. NOT any more. I will NEVER play again without these on. Best ever.
I’ve tried a lot of pickleball glasses, but Kitchen Blockers absolutely blew me away. From the moment I put them on, I could tell they were serious performance enhancer.
They're lightweight, breathable, and incredibly durable. I’ve taken a few hits to the face and these didn’t budge, crack, or show any sign of wear.
The lens-free design is genius. No fogging, no glare, and I can see clearly in every direction. The patented speed bump frame gives me full peripheral vision—critical when I’m watching for kitchen violations or setting up a return.
Whether you're just getting into pickleball or a seasoned player, Kitchen Blockers are a must-have. It’s rare to find a product that’s this well thought out, durable, and performance-focused. Highly recommend!
At last, indoor eye protection and fog free glasses in addition glare free outdoor night play. Congratulations Kitchen Blockers on delivering a perfect product, and extra thanks for easy customer service.
The kitchen blockers are comfortable, lightweight, and durable. Love the no-lens sleek design, don't have to deal with fog and glare. Highly recommended for eye protection!
I have just used my new kitchen blockers for several hours outside in the heat and humidity and indoors with poor lighting. I had no fog or glare, and my sight was not hindered at all. I had several people ask to try them. I got hit in the eye a few weeks ago when I was not wearing my glasses due to them fogging, and it was a hassle to wear when I was sweating so badly in the NC heat. Luckily, I only had a scratched cornea, but another one of our friends earlier this year had a retina issue. So, everyone has been interested in eye protection. I also found it beneficial when I had to take them off and use a towel several times, and didn't have to worry about smudging the lenses. I find that I prefer these with my hat pulled lower vs. using my Oakley sport sunglasses when playing into the sun. The only time I feel I need the sunglasses is when I play people who lob but since lobs are only about 20% effective, I take the chance.
These are the best glasses I’ve personally found on the market. Compared to some of the other glasses out that that break frequently when you have them in your bag. These are quality!!
I have tried all glasses but they fog and theres glare until i found my forever glasses that saved my eyes! So comfy with nose adjustment (for asians like me). Planning to buy many more and my PB groups are wanting to get em too because they see me always wearing it. Oh and did I tell you it saved my eyes already? Someone hit (not serve) a ball to me because its my serve while i wasn't looking and when i turned around it hit directly on my eye. Thank goodness I always wear my Kitchen Blockers!
I’ve tried several different eye guards from big sports brands, but nothing felt right—most were either uncomfortable, foggy, or just not protective enough, especially when I play at night under the lights.
Kitchen Blocker glasses are by far the best I’ve found! They’re lightweight, don’t fog up, and don’t reflect lights, so I can wear them for hours without even noticing. The design is strong and professional, and I always feel confident that my eyes are protected—even when the game gets intense and I’m standing at the kitchen line facing fast smashes and drives.
After wearing them for two months, I can honestly say these glasses are a must-have for anyone who plays pickleball seriously. I’ve recommended them to my friends and group members, and everyone loves how comfortable and stylish they are. If you’re looking for reliable eye protection on the court, Kitchen Blocker is the way to go!
All it took was a speed up off the net, off my paddle and a direct hit to my right eye which did NOT get injured because I was wearing my Kitchen Blockers. Players really should consider wearing eye protection with improved paddle technology and balls coming much faster than ever and if you are a sweater like me, Kitchen Blockers are the way to go!

DO I REALLY NEED EYE PROTECTION?
