i habe been using the clear ones for more than a month and love them . i wear them every time i play. i will be playing in naples this weekend and cannot wait to shoe them off and benefit from their amazing protection. the clear feels like it isn't even on. often i keep them on after the game and don't realize their on.
I've worn my Kitchen Blockers 3 times now and just love them. You can face those line drives right at the Kitchen line with confidence knowing that your eyes are protected. Up your game and tell your friends...and enemies!
I have gone through at least 3 pairs of eye protection playing pickleball over the last 3 years. The glasses fog up. Once they fog up, it doesn't seem like you can ever get the film cleaned off the lenses. The lenses get scratched, and they get perspiration drops on them while playing. With the Kitchen Blocker eye protection glasses, you get none of that! The Kitchen Blockers were an easy transition from conventional safety glasses. They can be molded to your face for an exact fit. It comes with a strap for a secure fit. Pads are included for comfort on the nose bridge and ends. They come in several different colors to fit your personality on the court. Best of all, no more foggy lenses! I 100% approve and would recommend Kitchen Blockers. It's a game changer for your pickleball game & safety!
I just received my Kitchen Blocker goggles in the mail, and I am thrilled! We only have 1 pair of eyes, and taking care of them is paramount. As a former tennis player, I've been hit in the eye with a ball in the past. It's terrifying and dangerous. But in pickleball, you're even closer to each other and the ball seems to be coming much faster. My group all insists we should wear some kind of protection, but sunglasses often fog up for me, and they can distort the ball. Kitchen Blockers eliminates those problems (no fogging and no distortion) plus you don't have to clean them or worry about scratches when they're in storage. So what are you waiting for? Order a pair now, and protect your eyes moving forward.
Love my Kitchen Blockers. Every time I wear them people ask and I rave about the comfort and protection they provide. No more sweating behind lenses!
As a passionate pickleball player who takes both safety and performance seriously, I couldn’t be more pleased with the Kitchen Blockers eye protection. These have quickly become an essential part of my gear for every session on the court.
Unobtrusive Comfort & Fit:
One of the standout features of the Kitchen Blockers is how unobtrusive they are. Unlike bulkier eyewear I’ve tried in the past, these feel incredibly lightweight and sit comfortably on my face without slipping or pressing uncomfortably. After just a few minutes, I forget I’m even wearing them which is, to me, a crucial quality when you’re deep in a match and don’t want distractions.
Clear Vision:
Visibility is absolutely top-notch. As there are no lenses you are offered a full, clear field of view. Whether I’m tracking a fast dink at the kitchen line or a deep lob, my vision stays sharp and clear as having no lenses there is no distortion at any angle.
Complete Eye Protection:
What gives me real peace of mind, though, is the complete coverage these frames provide. The wraparound design ensures my eyes are fully protected from all angles whether it’s a stray paddle, a fast volley, or an accidental deflection (happened only yesterday), I’ve seen too many close calls on the court not to take eye safety seriously, and the Kitchen Blockers deliver full confidence without compromise.
Build Quality:
The build quality is excellent, sturdy, yet refined. These aren’t flimsy plastic glasses that feel like they’ll snap after a few games. They’re clearly made with durability in mind, and I trust that they’ll hold up through daily wear and frequent use.
Final Verdict:
If you’re serious about pickleball and value both eye protection and unobstructed play, I highly recommend the Kitchen Blockers. They strike the perfect balance between safety and performance. I’ll be using them at every session, not just for protection, but for the confidence and peace of mind they provide.

As the game has become faster n faster. You don't want to chance it. I've been hit on the lenses of the glasses I wear numerous times while plying PB. I got tired of the clear lenses distorting the light at the indoor spot I play at. I tried kitchen blockers and I like them. It does take a moment to get use to, because you do see a outline of the frames while you play. I think thats a fair trade off for not having to deal with cleaning lenses or it fogging up. Will continue to wear Kitchen Blockers unless there is even a better solution out there and I just haven't discovered it yet.
Living in a climate with scorching summers that quickly turn into freezing winters has always presented a unique challenge for my Pickleball game – foggy eyewear! No matter what protective lenses I tried, condensation consistently blurred my vision, pulling my focus away from the court and my safety.
Then I discovered kitchen blockers, and honestly, they've been a revelation! These aren't just another piece of gear; they're a true vision changer. Finally, I can play with complete clarity, knowing my eyes are protected without the constant annoyance of fogging. This allows me to keep my head in the game, anticipate shots better, and ultimately elevate my performance.
Beyond the practical benefits, I have to admit, they add a little extra flair to my Pickleball attire. It's a win-win!
Highly recommend kitchen blockers to any Pickleball player facing similar climate challenges. Say goodbye to foggy frustration and hello to clear vision and confident play!
These look good and feel good...oh ya, and they do their job. I have seen too many friends get hit in the eye from the ball from another player or off of their own paddle and many have had significant eye damage unfortunately. I was looking for glasses and didn't like any I tried until I tried the Kitchen Blockers! Love them! Just ordered a second pair actually!
Second Time playing with my new Kitchen Blockers received 2 days before, I received a hard drive from my friend directly on my left eye that the glasses blocked right away! Never Been happier to receive a Ball on my face. I was so happy to have them on my eyes. Best investment.
I play both indoors and outdoors, and I've been hit in the face a couple of times by hard-driving 4.0/4.5 players. It generally happens when the ball glances off the top of the net, changing the flight path, and I’ve wound up with a fat/bleeding lip a few times.
I’m pretty good about wearing eyewear…but every sports goggle I’ve tried has fogged up on me. But NOT the Kitchen Blockers! I love the open design – absolutely NO FOG! And the shape of the opening ensures that a ball can’t get through to my eyes.
Thanks Kitchen Blockers!
I play both indoor and outdoor pickleball about 3 times a week. Some of the players hit the ball pretty hard and that fast ball is coming right at you. I have heard stories of people getting hit in the eye resulting in severe issues plus I have had some really close calls myself!
I didn’t want to take a chance with my eyes so this is a small price to pay for safety and security.
I have previously purchased 3 pairs of clear goggles. They get scratched and foggy (even if they claim not to)
I should have just bought these with the money I wasted on the other 3 pairs!
The Kitchen Blockers are great. Well made and so comfortable and now I can see the ball clearly without a foggy scratched lens.
What a great invention! Thank you!
I’ve been hit in the face 3 times, but fortunately I had eyewear each time. I used to pop the lenses out of my sunglasses, but I was always worried that a direct hit would still hit my eyeball. I have really bad eyesight with a thin cornea so a slight hit to the eyeball could be catastrophic for me. The kitchen blockers solve this problem and I love all the testing they’ve done. I’ve had several people at my local court ask me where I got them.
These are great for an overcast day. It's a real eye saver.

DO I REALLY NEED EYE PROTECTION?
