Our Return & Exchange Promise

  • 30-Day Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date your Kitchen Blockers are delivered to decide if you want a different color

Return & Exchange Process

We use Redo Returns to power our easy self-serve return process. Just follow these steps:

  1. Visit Our Returns Portal HERE
  2. Enter Your Order Info – Have your order number and email address handy.
  3. Select the Item(s) and Reason – Tell us what you’re returning and why.
  4. Choose Refund or Exchange – You can swap for a new color, or request a refund.
  5. Print Your Label – We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label for the return (if checkout+ was applied during purchase).

Sending Your Kitchen Blockers Back

  • Place the Kitchen Blockers, and all additional accessories in the box
  • Attach the return shipping label to the outside.
  • Drop it off at the designated carrier listed with your label.

Refund Details

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (please allow 5–7 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional business days to post the funds.

Return Shipping Fees

If you did not opt into Checkout+, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Checkout+ (Optional at Checkout)

For just $1.98 at checkout, you can add Checkout+, our low-cost coverage that gives you hassle-free discounted returns.

How it works:

  • When you add Checkout+ during checkout, your return shipping label becomes fully covered—no deductions from your refund and no surprise fees later.
  • If your return package is lost or damaged in transit, you’re protected and eligible for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • If Checkout+ is not selected during checkout, you will be responsible to pay for you return label through our portal if you decide to return your order later.
